Every odd moon cycle, I get an urge to sketch. I suppose it's a routine habit for most cartoonists to take out a pencil, pad and start drawing, but for me sketching is not a common practice. However, on Saturday, I did manage to scrape my eyes off of the computer screen and onto the television set, grabbing my drawing pad along the way. The result is what you see below, an hour's work of little characters created while watching "The Making of Disney's The Jungle Book." I'm sure you can see the influence of the film come out in my work. I'll give 10 points to anyone who can spot the place where my mind began to wander off into thoughts of Phil Spector.
