Sketchbook Show and Tell #5: Skyscraper Drawings

One of my favorite pastimes is keeping up with urban design and urban transit news here in California. I am a regular subscriber and sometimes contributor to Back in 1999/2000 I did a lot of sketches of fantasy skyscrapers. Here are a few of my more interesting designs, all of which have a definite art deco or art modern influence. My tastes in architecture have thankfully grown and expanded since making these drawings. Still it's fun too look back on what I thought was "ideal". Hope you enjoy.
